Delivery Terms

We are a wholesale company and sell only to tradesman and distributors, not to end-consumers. All prices are in EURO and without sales tax and freight costs. If You from the EU and give us with Your order Your VAT number You get an invoice without sales tax. Please understand, that we have to bill You the sales tax if You don't give us Your VAT number or if the number is not correct. If You are from outside the EU Your invoice will alwasy be without sales tax.

How about dispatch?

We use DHL, UPS and others. Bigger shipments go by carrier and may take longer.

Delivery time?

Your order is immediatly processed. The delivery is 3 - 7 days after payment. Please allow longer times by overseas delivery.

Freight cost?

Below 150,00 € value, freight costs are 15,00 €. From 150,00 €, freight costs are 10 % from value of goods.
