Instructions of cancellation
Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to Luchs International GmbH in writing within 3 days of delivery to you.
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be notified to Luchs International GmbH in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Goods returned will be accepted entirely at Luchs International GmbH’s discretion within 30 days of delivery to you provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
You must contact us for authorisation to return goods. Any goods returned to Luchs International GmbH without authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Luchs International GmbH reserves the right to charge an administration charge on all returns.
